Felipe currently leads the Corporate department and also actively participates in the M&A and Finance practices. He conducts his practice for all kinds of clients of the firm, and especially for companies that were targets of mergers or acquisitions in which the firm participated, taking advantage of the knowledge and relationships acquired during said processes.
