Sebastián Córdova Moyano

Sebastián advises and represents local and foreign financial institutions, corporations, boards of directors and key management personnel in commercial and corporate transactions, corporate restructurings, project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investments in Latin America.
Clients highlight Sebastián’s ability to identify and resolve complex challenges with creativity and a business-oriented mindset. He is frequently appointed to lead or co-lead negotiation teams and to manage complex international transactions in multicultural and multifactorial environments such as those of Argentina, Latin America, and Asia.
His participation on various boards of directors and advisory boards of leading companies in Argentina provides him with a unique business perspective and an extensive professional network that adds value to his clients.
Sebastián earned his Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (1996) and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School (2003), where he graduated with honors (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar). He has completed several postgraduate programs in Argentina and the United States in both his field of specialization and in management and business, including management studies at IAE Business School (Argentina). Sebastián previously served as a partner at leading Argentine law firms and as a foreign associate at the New York office of Chadbourne & Parke.

Guillermo Francos

Guillermo has developed his professional expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investment, corporate finance, and general corporate and business advisory services.
He is a partner and leader at Córdova Francos Abogados. Previously, Guillermo served as Legal Affairs Manager at IBM Argentina and at MSU S.A. Before that, he worked as a foreign associate at Chadbourne & Parke and as an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi.
Guillermo earned his Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1997 and obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999.

Jaime Subirá

Jaime’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, and commercial contracts, as well as estate and family planning, commercial and family disputes, litigation, and arbitration. He combines a strategic and results-oriented approach with strong legal expertise, delivering comprehensive solutions across both transactional and dispute-resolution matters.
With extensive experience in litigation, Jaime brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to corporate transactions and complex conflicts, proactively identifying risks and designing efficient, sustainable legal structures.
Prior to joining Córdova Francos Abogados, Jaime developed his professional career at several of Argentina’s most prestigious law firms, where he established himself as a versatile lawyer recognized for his technical excellence and client-focused service.
Jaime holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s in Business Law from Universidad Austral, in addition to other postgraduate programs completed in Argentina and abroad.

Felipe Oviedo Roscoe

Felipe is the Managing Partner of the firm and leads the Corporate, Technology, Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence practices, while also playing an active role in the M&A and Finance areas. His experience spans more than two decades of advising on complex transactions, combined with a well-established practice at the intersection of law, innovation, and business.
In his current role, Felipe drives a practice that integrates legal insight with clients’ strategic and operational challenges. He coordinates interdisciplinary teams and is directly involved in the design of efficient, innovative, and business-aligned legal structures. His approach combines technical rigor with a practical, decision-oriented perspective.
Throughout his career, Felipe has advised local and international companies in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, as well as in the day-to-day legal management of their operations. He also serves as a director and statutory auditor for companies across diverse industries, providing a comprehensive perspective that bridges legal expertise and business management.
Felipe earned his Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (with honors) and completed a Master’s in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He also attended the Annual Academy of American and International Law organized by the Center for American and International Law (Texas, USA), in addition to other postgraduate programs in Argentina and abroad. Felipe is a member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) and regularly participates in academic and professional activities related to his areas of specialization.

Guillermo Banchi

Guillermo focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and project finance, advising local and international clients on the structuring and execution of complex transactions across various industries. He also provides counsel on corporate law and general corporate governance matters.
He joined the firm in 2015 as a Senior Associate and was appointed Partner in 2024. Previously, he worked at Martelli Abogados, a law firm focused on the Oil & Gas industry.
Guillermo earned his Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (2011) and completed a Master’s in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He has also undertaken postgraduate programs in Argentina and abroad, including the Annual Academy of American and International Law at the Center for American and International Law (Texas, USA).

Gustavo Durini

Gustavo is a Partner at Córdova Francos Abogados, where he leads the Tax, Customs, and Foreign Exchange practice. He has extensive local and international experience, having served as a tax advisor for top-tier law firms and corporations both in Argentina and abroad.
His professional practice includes the implementation of corporate tax policies across different jurisdictions, the application of transfer pricing regulations, the structuring of investment and financing transactions, and the design of international tax planning strategies. He provides comprehensive tax advice to local companies and family offices.
In contentious matters, Gustavo has represented major taxpayers in tax defense proceedings related to assessments made by federal, provincial, and international tax authorities throughout Latin America.
He earned his Law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina (1999), holds a specialization in Tax Law from Universidad Austral (2005), and obtained an MBA from IAE Business School (2010).
Gustavo is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF). He also serves as a professor of Public Finance and Tax Law at Universidad Católica Argentina. He has published numerous papers in his field, and regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and academic events. He is fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, English, and German.

Florencia Callone

Florencia is a lawyer specialized in Labor and Employment Law and leads the Labor Law Department at Córdova Francos Abogados, where she oversees legal strategy and advises clients on complex employment matters.
She provides counsel to companies operating both in Argentina and abroad, with a strong focus on labor and social security audits, risk assessments in the context of mergers and acquisitions, employee transfers, labor union disputes, compensation structures, stock option and bonus plans, and termination agreements, as well as on the prevention and mitigation of employment-related risks.
Florencia is completing her Master’s in Labor Law at the University of Buenos Aires. She earned her Law degree from Universidad Abierta Interamericana in 2016, completed a postgraduate program in Sports Law and Management at Universidad Católica Argentina in 2017, and a postgraduate program in Occupational Risk Law at the same university in 2019.

Maria Emilia Ronconi

María Emilia joined the firm in 2015 and specializes in Corporate Law. Since 2025, she has served as Counsel of the firm. Her practice includes not only the supervision of ongoing corporate matters for Argentine companies but also the coordination and oversight of regulatory compliance for local and international investment vehicles used by clients to channel their investments and to carry out corporate reorganizations.
In recent years, María Emilia has deepened her practice and expanded her services to other areas of the firm, including technical participation in corporate dispute resolution and Private Wealth matters. Together with her team, she is actively involved in the structuring of complex local and international transactions, financings, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
María Emilia earned her Law degree from Universidad del Salvador, where she received a Distinction for Academic Excellence awarded by the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and obtained a Master’s in Law with a specialization in Business Law from Universidad Austral.
In 2024, she participated in the Annual Academy of American and International Law organized by The Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Natalia Ronconi

Natalia is a corporate lawyer whose practice primarily focuses on the commercial area of major domestic and international corporations. She advises clients on the establishment of their global businesses in Argentina, as well as on the international expansion of Argentine companies into various jurisdictions, including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Her experience spans multiple sectors and industries, particularly financial projects, real estate, railway, retail and consumer goods, and IT (technology).
In the domestic sphere, Natalia advises on and implements strategic corporate decisions related to corporate governance, wealth structuring, cross-border mergers, M&A transactions, corporate financing, and the resolution of international commercial disputes. She also provides legal support in the Data-Driven & IT Industry, including the drafting of software development and AI-related contracts (custom software, licensing, SaaS), including master service agreements and technical appendices, service level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance contracts.
As part of her international practice, Natalia leads the firm’s translation services area. She currently serves as a court-appointed expert.
Natalia earned her Law degree from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in 2019 (with honors). She also holds a degree as a Certified Public Translator in English from Universidad del Salvador (2012) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the same university.

Magin Subirá

Magin joined the firm in 2022 and specializes in Dispute Resolution. Since 2025, he has served as Counsel of the firm. He is responsible for representing clients in arbitration, judicial, and administrative proceedings arising from their business activities. He also has extensive experience providing legal counsel in contractual negotiations and in solving current and potential disputes involving commercial and regulatory matters.
His deep knowledge of Administrative and Public Law, combined with his expertise in litigation, provides him with a strong ability to swiftly identify potential public administration conflicts derived from business activities.
Magin’s professional background spans a wide range of public and private sectors. He has held senior positions within the Judicial Administration of the Province of Buenos Aires and served as the Chief Legal Officer at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries (Argentina) between 2017 and 2019. He completed his Master’s degree with a specialization in Regulatory Administrative Law and Legal Argumentation at Universidad Austral (2019), where he also earned his Law degree in 2004.
